1. About us

Doctor Promotion is operated by Neeraj Suthar and provides digital marketing, branding, website, content, advertising and related digital services for healthcare professionals and businesses.

2. Service agreements

An enquiry does not create a confirmed booking or service agreement.

Before work begins, the selected service description, written proposal or order confirmation will identify the agreed scope, deliverables, quantities, fees, payment stages, client responsibilities and delivery arrangements.

Specific written project terms apply to that engagement, subject to applicable law. Changes to these website terms do not retrospectively change an existing agreement without mutual agreement.

3. Prices and payments

Payments are in Indian rupees unless otherwise agreed. The quotation or checkout identifies the amount payable and applicable tax treatment.

A project may require an advance, deposit or milestone payment. The amount and balance-payment schedule will be stated before purchase. No universal deposit percentage applies.

Advertising spend, software subscriptions, messaging charges, hosting, domains, travel, production, creator fees and publication expenses are separate unless expressly included.

Monthly service payments cover the agreed billing period. This website does not automatically renew monthly services or automatically debit future payments.

Online payments, when enabled, are processed through Razorpay. A browser payment message alone does not establish receipt; payment must be verified by our payment system.

4. Delivery and client responsibilities

Services are delivered digitally or through the production arrangements specified in the proposal. Delivery schedules depend on the agreed scope, receipt of required materials, access, payments and approvals.

Clients must provide accurate business details, authorised account access, usable assets and timely feedback. Material changes or client delays may require a revised schedule, which we will communicate.

We do not promise a universal completion time for every service.

5. Healthcare content and permissions

Clients must confirm the accuracy of their qualifications, professional registrations, services, treatment information and other supplied claims.

Clinical statements require review by the client's designated qualified professional before publication. Marketing content is not medical advice.

Clients must have appropriate rights and permissions for supplied text, images, videos, trademarks and identifiable individuals. Patient information must not be sent through general enquiry forms. Any necessary handling of sensitive information requires a separately agreed secure process.

We may decline requests involving misleading claims, fabricated reviews, unauthorised material or unlawful promotion.

6. Feedback and scope changes

Revision allowances and approval stages are defined in the agreed scope. Clients should provide consolidated feedback.

Additional deliverables, new directions or work outside the agreed scope require approval of any additional fees and schedule changes before that work proceeds.

7. Intellectual property

Clients retain ownership of materials they supply.

Ownership or licensing of final project deliverables, source files and working files will be specified in the proposal. Where ownership transfers, the transfer takes place after payment of the agreed amount.

Pre-existing tools, templates, methods and third-party materials remain subject to their respective ownership and licence terms.

We will obtain permission before using identifiable client work, names or results in a public portfolio.

8. Results and external platforms

We commit to the agreed work and reporting, but do not guarantee search rankings, advertising approval, backlinks, media placements, enquiry volumes, appointments, sales or revenue.

Results depend on factors including competition, budget, execution, client responsiveness and platform changes. We do not control third-party platforms or their decisions, but remain responsible for our own contractual obligations.

9. Accounts and confidentiality

Users must protect their account credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.

Both parties must use confidential project information only for the agreed work or another authorised purpose, subject to legal disclosure requirements.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Cancellation, refunds and disputes

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies alongside the agreed proposal and applicable law.

Please report service concerns promptly with your order or proposal reference and supporting details so we can investigate and propose an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute may be brought before the court, tribunal or consumer forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.
